Deadline to submit dossiers to the College Wine Committee Chairs. Each College-level Wine Committee will then select and notify its nominee, and that nominee's dossier must be submitted to the University-level Wine Committee by the fourth Friday in January.
Certificate of Teaching Excellence
Last day to submit dossiers to the College Selection Committee Chairs.

William E. Wine Award
Last day for College Wine Award chairs to submit nominations for the W. E. Wine Award to Jessica Folkart, Chair of the University Wine Award Committee. For more information, go to Dossier Guidelines.

Last day for College Certificate of Teaching Excellence (CTE) chairs to announce winners

Alumni Teaching Award

Last day to submit dossiers associated with CTEs awarded in 2020-21 (if deferred for 1 year), 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 to the ATE Chair, Jessica Folkart. 2023-24 CTE awardees may defer for one year, if desired. For more information, go to Dossier Guidelines.

University Sporn Award
Last day for finalists to be notified. Finalists must express intnet to participate 48 hours after notification. See more information.

Fourth Friday in February
5:00 p.m.

 University Sporn Award
Last day for finalists to submit dossiers for the University Sporn Award to Megan Emori, Chair of the University Sporn Teaching Award Committee. The First Friday in February is the last day for students to nominate professors for consideration. For more information, go to Dossier Guidelines.

February/March

William E. Wine Award University Selection Committee Meeting
Three award recipients will be selected. Committee members (one representative from each college) bring a brief biography of their college's candidate. Jessica Folkart chairs the committee.

Alumni Teaching Award Selection Committee Meeting
Two award recipients will be selected. Selection committee consists of the past three years' inductees in the Academy of Teaching Excellence. Jessica Folkart chairs the committee.

University Sporn Award Selection Committee Meeting
One recipient will be selected (no later than March 15th). Selection committee consists of student representatives from Omicron Delta Kappa. Megan Emori chairs the committee.
